Do you have diabetes? If you do, Living Well can help you can take control of your health. Our program offers you tools and techniques that you can use to improve your day-to-day living. In this 6-week program led by trained volunteers, you and other people living with diabetes will meet as a group once a week for 2.5 hours. You'll learn to:

  • Plan your meals
  • Increase your energy
  • Achieve your blood sugar goals
  • Manage your medications
  • Handle stress
  • Keep your feet healthy
  • Partner with your health care team

The people you meet will help motivate you. With their support, and the knowledge you gain from the program, you can live a long, healthy, and fulfilling life. A friend, family member, or caregiver is encouraged to register and attend with you to offer additional support.
