We have 13 Eye Care locations in Puget Sound and Spokane, most at Kaiser Permanente medical offices. Twelve locations include retail optical shops where you can purchase glasses and contact lenses. You also can see a list of eye care providers at each location.

We offer contact lenses at most locations. From daily wear to disposable lenses, our doctors will take the time to explain the advantages of all options. Once you've made your selection, your contact lenses will be expertly fitted to make sure they perform properly and are comfortable.
For your convenience, we offer direct delivery to your home on contact lens refills. Call 1-800-664-9225, then press 3, to speak with a contact lens refill technician, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Most annual supplies ship free. Get 25 percent off a complete pair of glasses within 60 days of purchasing an annual supply of contact lenses.
Our optometrists provide comprehensive eye exams and prescriptions for eyeglasses and contact lenses. They evaluate and treat many eye problems including infections, minor trauma, inflammations, glaucoma, and diabetic eye disease, using state of the art instruments and techniques. They work closely with primary care providers and ophthalmologists at Kaiser Permanente to ensure excellence and quality in your eye care.
Our ophthalmologists provide comprehensive consultative and surgical services for a variety of eye diseases and problems including cataracts, age-related macular degeneration, eye muscle problems, glaucoma, and other serious eye disorders. Ophthalmological consultations are available at several Kaiser Permanente medical facilities in Western Washington. Contracted ophthalmologists provide consultative and surgical eye care to our members in areas not served by staff ophthalmologists.
