Get emergency care if you have an immediate, serious threat to your health. If you're unable to call 911, ask someone to call or take you to the nearest emergency care facility.
Urgent care is for conditions that require prompt attention but do not pose an immediate, serious threat to your health or life. You don't need an appointment for urgent care.
