National Transplant Services provides patient-centered care management, with an important focus on evidence-based medicine. A team approach provides consistent, efficient, and cost-effective care for Kaiser Permanente members who have been approved as transplant candidates.
Kaiser Permanente's National Transplant Services Program is designed to help patients throughout the transplant process. It provides a single point of contact between Kaiser Permanente and the various transplant centers. All transplant cases are tracked from the time of approval for transplant evaluation until the patient is no longer a Kaiser Permanente member, is no longer eligible for transplant, or is one year post transplant.
Kaiser Permanente is committed to a patient's care and well-being during the transplant process. If you are receiving care from a Kaiser Permanente specialist and have questions, contact 1-888-551-2740 for more information.
