Access healthy lifestyle programs
Need motivation or help in making lifestyle changes to help you feel better? Things like managing your weight, quitting smoking, reducing stress, sleeping better, or feeling healthier? As a Kaiser Permanente member, you have access to Skills for Life Digital Health Coaching that offers you a variety of healthy lifestyle programs tailored to give you the tools and support you need.
There are eight modules to choose from:
Nourish: Eating healthier
Balance: Manage your weight
Breathe: Quit smoking
Relax: Deal with stress
Care for pain
Care for depression
Care for diabetes
Dream: Sleep better
Follow these steps to get started:
- Sign in to our secure member site and click "Skills for Life Digital Health Coaching."
- A new browser window will open, taking you to an external site hosting the healthy lifestyle programs.
- Click 'Get Started'.
- Create an account to access Digital Health Coaching.
- Click 'go to Healthy lifestyle programs'.
- Select as many programs as you'd like.
- Personalize your journey by answering questions for each program. These questions help gather information to create personalized skills and action steps for you.
