General pharmacy information

Kaiser Permanente has 25 medical offices that provide pharmacy services; 21 locations in Western Washington and four in Spokane. We also offer a low-cost mail order service with free shipping.

To fill a prescription at a pharmacy, you will need your member ID number and pay at the time of pickup. You can order medications through your online account or our phone refill system. Filling your prescription with us gives our doctors and pharmacists easy access to your medication records and they can check for unwanted interactions.

If you don't live near a Kaiser Permanente pharmacy or don't want to use our mail-order service, prescriptions can be filled at one of our many contracted community pharmacies.

Note: Tell your doctor and pharmacist about any allergies and they will update their records.
