What to bring to the Surgery Center

Checklist:

  • Kaiser Permanente membership card
  • Picture ID
  • List of medications (leave the actual medications at home)
  • Any eye drops or inhalers you are currently using
  • Eyeglasses and hearing aids (contact lenses are not allowed in surgery)
  • Wear loose-ļ¬tting clothing (elastic pants)
  • Wear non-slip shoes with backs (tennis shoes or slip-ons)
  • Sleep apnea CPAP machine, if you use one
  • Front-wheeled walker
  • Your handbook
  • Copayment (check or credit card)

Note: Please do not bring any jewelry or other valuables with you the day of surgery.
