Megan Hirsh, MD
Megan is a Northwest native who brings a diverse background, a master’s in education, and teaching experience with her to family medicine. She graduated from Stanford with a BA in archaeology and, prior to medical school, was a volunteer firefighter, an excavator at an archeology dig site in Peru, and a language arts teacher at a low-achieving, urban high school. She also ran an elementary school program to empower and support underserved children. Both of her young children were born while she was a medical student and she has integrated her role as a mother into her medical education seamlessly. Megan’s other interests include soccer, running, beachcombing, backpacking, and reading fiction.
