Kaiser Permanente Community Health Needs Assessment

At Kaiser Permanente Washington, our mission is to provide high-quality, affordable health care and improve the health of the communities we serve. We know that total health goes beyond the doctor's office. It goes deep into our communities where people live, work, learn, and play.

Every three years we conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment to research what health assets and disparities exist in our communities. This research helps us make better decisions about how we support healthy communities across the state of Washington.

We have recently completed research for our 2019-2021 assessment and will soon post an updated Community Health Needs Assessment. In the meantime, these three documents comprise Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington's 2016-2018 Community Health Needs Assessment and Implementation Strategy. We welcome your comments and feedback.
