Highest recognition for medical home, National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), 2013-17
Kaiser Permanente’s medical offices received the highest recognition status. The NCQA's Patient Centered Medical Home recognition program is the most widely adopted medical home model in the country.
This survey, conducted by the Washington Health Alliance, is a tool used by business coalitions and employers to measure and evaluate health plan performance and includes questions about important health plan indicators. Our commercial HMO took the top-rated honors.
